Winkfield Church from the car park of The White Hart
there were large fields with isolated trees, probably once on field
boundaries
a small dense area by a ditch
fortunately with a footbridge to take our path across
The next half mile or so was on a road, rather busier than this picture
suggests
which crossed over another ditch
past another big field with trees in the middle
and a few horses grazing
There were shovels at intervals along this length of path, perhaps
for horse droppings
and a rather elderly looking stables
a fince to ride horses beside
We crossed back over another footbridge over a ditch
and past a very muddy private country road. Fortunately there wasn't
much mud on the footpaths
This estate was obviously a very dangerous place
with warning boards
A row of pine trees gives the estate its name, The High Pines
Soon we were walking past some rather posher houses
