'Be the Change' Knife and Gun Crime

Windrush Square, Brixton, London. Sat 26 May 2018

I had missed the march to the church, guessing it would come through the busiest route rather than a more direct one

There were placards with large text on a background representing blood stains; 'God id Love, 'We Care About Our YOuth'

 and 'Be The Change'

One of the men led everyone in prayer

and ther was a musical background for the prayer

and then a gospel choir came to sing and lead everyone in some songs

 'Knives Take Lives'

 People sang and danced

 'Chose Life Not Knife'

There was a dance for the children

 with actions
