Evo (Morales) BOLIVIA said no - Respect the popular will
A woman wears a 'Chavez' cap but holds a banner calling him a 'Castro
Communist' and blaming him and
Nicolas Maduro for all the problems of Venezuela. The Venezualan flag
is also that introduced by Chavez in 2006,
which the Venezualan opposition stated they would not use, and is upside-down.
'Evo is violating the Human Rights. BOLIVIA united said NO. respect

Socialist Revolution in Venezuela is blanded ofr death, hunger, poverty
& corruption
The stars in the flag are upside down and the yellow stripe with the
coat of arms should be at the top
Chavez turned the horse to face left and added a star to create the
new flag.
The opposition in Venezuela normally use an older version with 7
stars and the horse facing right
