	People attending the ceremony included colleagues,fomer colleagues, friends and family of Moira Gemmill A poster reminds us that traffic fumes also kill people trough cancers Nicola Branch, another of the organisers Stop Killing Cyclists spoke briefly about Moira Gemmill Ted Brown of Stop Killing Cyclistts told us that Westminster turned down plans to make the roundabout safer in 2012. Mustafa Arif said that efforts to get the roundabout redesigned had continued but Westminster Council had not taken action
	Peter Hartley, Chair, Westminster Living Streets made a powerful condemnation of Westminster Council, saying that their Transport Department was not fit for purpose, and blaming three people in particular for Moira Gemmill's death Beth McKillop, the deputy director of the V&A talked movingly of her friend and former colleague Tom Carney reading his poem about the tragedy
