Climate March Says 'NO' to Fracking

Grosvenor Square & Westminster, London. Sat 1 Dec 2012

The protesters met at the US Embassy and called on Obama to end the silence over the climate

The US is still dragging its feet over climate change, with powerful fossil fuel lobbies preventing any sensible action

and the Republican party full of 'Tea Party' climate deniers.

The protest was against environmentally disastrous fracking, which causes pollution and will result in increased carbon emissions in a 'dash for gas'

Ice melting in the arctic has dramatically increased and soon London could be in danger of flooding

Japanese anti-nuclear protesters remind us of the dangers of nuclear power - which Fukushima demonstrated
