	Save A&E at Lewisham Hospital Lewisham, London. Sat 24 Nov 2012
	Walking to form a human chain around the hospital site The main banner carried past the hospital entrance The protesters were careful not to obstruct ambulances coming in and out of the hospital The hospital was surrounded by protesters
	There were far more people than was needed to surround the hospital and some parts of the pavement were packed, and I found it difficult to get through the crowds to make my way to the station - I had to leave before the rally in the fields behind the hospital.
