The M4-15 come out for lunch
seeming very relaxed
and tell those outside that the case seems to be going well. They
praise their solicitor for
giving such a clear statement about the reasons fro their action and
were pelased that the
court allowed him to put forward their argument.
I had to leave before they went back in for the case to continue,
but heard later that the 12 who pleaded guilty
had been given a conditional discharge. Two who were at court but pleaded
not guility will have their case
heard at Uxbridge in February, presumably with the 15th member of the group
who was allowed to miss the
hearing today but has also entered a not guilty plea.
