Brexiteers say 'People Have Spoken'
Old Palace Yard, London. 23 Nov 2016
A man in a Union flag suit at the pro-Brexit protest
'UK voted Leave on 23 June'
Many had Union flags, large or small
A man shouts that we should leave the EU NOW!
'Brexit Now! - 17,4100,742' - the number who voted leave, around a
third of the electorate
'Hard Brexit'
Other posters say 'Democracy 17,410,742'
'The People have Spoken', though around a third didn't bother and
almost as many said stay as leave
A UKIP supporter
'MPs, FYI You Work For Us' . Both Labour and Conservative parties
have accepted the result
and are only arguing about exactly how it should happen. The real
problem is that the leave campaign
made many impossible promises. We can't leave immediately, but have
to negotiate
and the consequences of leaving will almost certainly be a rude shock
to those who voted to leave.
Breexit was sold by people I certainly would not buy a used car from,
and all of us will suffer the consequences
'I'm with Boris - Vote to Leave!'
