Cleaners invade Barbican Centre

Barbican, London. Sat 7 May 2016

A police officer tries to stop Petros Elia stopping to speak as the protesters slowly leave the building

 And another officer warns him

The protesters slowly walk out, pleased they have been able to protest inside the Barbican

And Petros continues to call for the Barbican to admit its responsibilities towards the cleaners and support them
against the bullying and bad management of cleaning contractor Servest

 Police keep harassing him

 Eventually the protesters walk out

to continue their protest in a pen in front of the entrance

One of the cleaners speaks about what is happening to the Barbican cleaners

Another cleaner speaks

The protest continues but I have to leave
