Climate Coalition Mass Lobby on Climate Change

Westminster & Lambeth, London. Wed 17 Jun 2015

  

 
 There were many MPs I didn't recognise who had come out to speak with their constituents

 

 Dennis Skinner MP

 Bruce Kent was there with a banner against war and climate change

 Labour MP for Tooting Sadiq Khan

 People had come to London from all over the country, including Scotland to lobby MPs

 Two of the new intake of MPs, Mhairi Black, SNP Paisley and Renfrewshire South and Labour MP for Norwich South Clive Lewis share a cycle rickshaw

 MPs were talking to voters from their constituencies in the Victoria Gardens

 a great umbrella

 Quakers and others from Westmorland and Lonsdale

 A woman from Rossendale and Darwen with bunting

 People were invited to bring bunting with climate change messages on it
 
Barry Sheerman Labour and Co-op MP for Huddersfield 

Toby Clark and a friend offering a free eboo, 'Tipping Point' 

A woman from the Women's Institute with a warning sign that we must keep the temperature rise to a maximum of 2 degrees 

 

Conservative MP for Cheltenham Alex Chalk talks with people from his constituency  

Protesters from the New Forest insist that the vast offshore Navitus wind farm to the south west of the Isle of Wight should go ahead
