Illegal Security blocades St James occupationSt James's Square, London. Thu 9 Apr 2015 |

We could hear through the doors, and see, but the reflections made photography difficult One of the secuirty was wearing his licence, but hiding it between his arm and his body - until he got angry and lifted his arm to reveal his licence number Seven security guards and only one wearing his SIA licence - and that one was trying to hide it Police arrive and an officer comes to talk with the occupiers who complain about the illegal activity by the security guards who come from a company called LAPA security (though they would not admit who they |

were working for) As well as the criminal failure to display their licences, preventing people entering their abode is also a crime - and this applies to the occupied building as much as any other home. The security were also guilty of obstruction, an offence on the pavement (and one the police often use against protesters) |
