	At the memorial tree in front of Brixton Police station A man holds up a copy of 'Victory', a book by Wayne Brown (1944–2009) whose main character Basil, whose family move from Jamaica to Brixton in the 1960s, leads a gang in Brixton, works for the Krays, then joins the Black Panthers, and eventually is mysteriously found dead in a prison cell on the eve of his release from jail as he talks to Ricky Bishop's mother Doreen. 	Marcia Rigg's speech is interrupted by shouts from inside the police station, accusing her of lying there are window open but nobody is at them - they are probably watching on CCTV - but don't show their face Marcia turns and shouts back angrily.
