	There was a short rally outside the council offices with speakers including Jasmine Stone Liliana Dmitrovic of the 'People's Republic of Southwark' is stopped as she tried to go into the council offices to deliver the three three letters calling for the compulsory purchase of the homes of Council leader Peter John and two other councillors.
