Denham Deep Lock - the largest rise and fall of any lock on the Grand Union at 11' 1", 3.38m. 

 

and the top end with the cill showing 

Fray's river - part of the Colne system - flows under the canal just north of the lock.
The tea room here is closed on Mondays
