Defend UoL Garden Halls workers

Senate House, London. Fri 23 May 2014

Some of the protesters stand in the doorway

 and try to go inside

but the security staff manage to pull the door closed. The protest remains good-natured and the attempt to

 enter is fairly half-hearted

But the very noisy protest continues

and the Senate House doors are now locked stopping anyone from entering or leaving

The protesters go into the car park

and call at the offices there of the contracting firm, Cofely who employ most of the workers faced with redundancy.
They do not answer their door bell

It is almost time for the protest to end - they do not want to disrupt any exams

but they pay a final visit to the now firmly locked Senate House door

and the protest ends - until they return next week

A notice for the protest posted on the Senate House gates
