	Heritage wardens tell the protesters they cannot protest in Trafalgar Square without prior permission So the protesters set up further back on the North Terrace, still technically a highway despite having been pedestrianised. They get out flags and tape some posters to the wall
	Officials from the National Gallery come out and tell the protesters that the gallery owns the wall and doesn't allow any pictures to be put on it. The protesters remove the pictures from the wall and put most of them on the pavement Steve Hedley of the RMT speaks, praising Chavez and in suport of Maduro Marcha Patriotica is a Colombian grassroots coalition which seeks to unite social movements with political parties working for peace and social justice. It organised the huge marches in Colombia with over 150,000 of its supporters taking part, but it was hardly mentioned in reports of these in the Western media, which mainly follow the CIA lead and say it is financed by the FARC guerillas.
