 The mothers and their supporters met on a street corner close to East Thames Housing  They want to be rehoused locally - not in Hastings or Birmingham which the council have suggested to some  'Caution Social Cleansing.. IN Progress!!' Most new homes in Newham are for the wealthy  East Thames claims to be an 'Affordable homes provider' but says it can't provide them to rehouse these mothers  who are making their way into their Foyer   along with some supporters  and a local press photographer who wants a group photograph  which I find very boring, but take one anyway, thrihg to find a little more life in it  |

 Then the mothers occupy the East Thames show flat - two rooms, a lunge and kitchen  They go into the kitchen  which is quite large, but soon very crowded  and they put up some decorations  'Labou Council Hear Us Say Focus Mums..'  'Don't Make our Babies Home-less Keep us in London'   And they tie up the flags and start releasing streamers |
