A crowd of protesters was arriving at Downing St as I got there
and one man sat down in front of the barriers
while others protested around him
Many had posters with the message ''Defend Democracy' while others
were more personal about
Boris Johnson and his 'Royal supported coup'.
which some campared to the rise of the Nazi party in 1933 Germany
Others commented on his private life...
or personality
and his relationship and similarity to President Trump
Banging saucepans
and shouting made this a noisy protest, though I think the PM was
far away
'Rotting Gammon' and Brexit as 'A complete Mogg's Dinnner', though
there were supporters of Brexit at the
protest too, equally apalled by his anti-democratic action - which
later the Supreme Court would rule illegal.
There was a small counter-demonstration in support of Boris, hardly
visible through the police who marched
them past the main protest which was beginning to fill Whitehall
People in the pro-Johnson protest raise their arms and shout in favour
of Brexit
and among them was a man wearing a Trump head
