Staines Moor

Staines, Spelthorne. Sun 15 Dec 2013

 

 
 The start of the River Ash which runs from the Colne at the south of Staines Moor to the Thames at Shepperton

 Footpath under the Staines bypass - home for a lot of spiders

 Bonehead Ditch and Staines Moor - a stream of the Colne which comes down from Bone Head at the north of

Staines Moor and rejoins the Colne just north of the Staines bypass

Part of the old Staines to West Drayton railway line are now footpath 

 

The Wyradisbury River, 

another stream of the Colne, comes from the Wraysbury river (which leaves the Colne just north of the M4)

at Poyle, runs at the west of Staines Moor and rejoins the Colne in the centre of Staines
