	More Holiday Snaps Thirsk, Yorkshire. 24 Aug 2013
	The sluice gate on the Cod Beck. a muddy patch of path near South Kilvington Mill at South Kilivington Underwood Plantation
	Kirkgate, Thirsk Chapel St Much to our suprise we found one of our friends had designed this chapel when The Convent of the Holy Rood moved here from Middlesbrough in 1979. The convent closed in 1993 and it is now a Centre for Health and Pastoral Care o But we were able to hire the house while the centre was closed for its summer break
