A man on stilts with five CCTV cameras attached
 
  was a part of the 'Vigilance Committee'
 
  who were questioning photographers
 
 
 
 
 
and finding them guilty
     
  
     


 

 
 
 
 
 

Three sisters of perpetual indulgence also came to join the protest
