Father Frost in Trafalgar Square

 
 
 

With Father Frost was his grand-daughter and helper the Snow Maiden. Its a feature we could well adopt for Father Christmas.
     
  One of many who had her picture taken with the couple. The Snow-Maiden looked rather cold to me, which was perhaps appropriate.
   
But sometimes her smile warmed up.
 




There were also many stalls where Russian products could be bought - such as these dolls
