	Democracy camp banners on the side of the square Quite a few passing motorists take up the invitation to 'Honk for Democracy' British green-energy entrepreneur Jeremy Leggett, founder of Solarcentury and SolarAid speaks at the Occupy Democracy Tarpaulin Revolution in Parliament Square. 'Gandhi would sleep on Tarpaulin' 'End Financial Apartheid' Party Ballons for Democracy Camp in Westminster Today's parogramme
	'Honk if you Love the NHS' There was a curious incident involving a man with an Arsenal supporter's badge who had apparently taken a phone from someone and when surrounded by others from Occupy Democracy handed it back, with police refusing to take any action.
